Exchange & Return Policy

At Swasthya Setu, we take pride in delivering quality products. While we ensure careful packaging and shipping, we understand that damages can sometimes occur during transit.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: Only products received in a damaged condition are eligible for exchange.

  • Time Frame: You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email us at support@climbnrise.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear images or video of the damaged product

Once the damage is verified, we will process an exchange for the same product or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during delivery.
